Weekly Policing Update
I am happy to say that there are no offences or incidents affecting your community to mention in this week’s Policing Update, covering the period 19th to 26th June.
However, here is some advice and guidance from the police about domestic abuse where males are the victims:
Cambridgeshire Police are publicising Men’s Health Week by drawing attention to the crime of Domestic Abuse where men are the victims.
Research has found that many men suffer domestic abuse alone and feel it is only happening to them.
This is not true and sadly one in three of all victims of domestic abuse are men.
If you, or someone you know, is experiencing any form of abuse, please remember you are not alone and there are support services ready to help you.
