Notice of Electors’ Rights

The unaudited accounts in regard to the year 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 for HPC have been published on this website – go to the Financial Documents and Audited Accounts section.

The Period of Electors’ Rights is when any interested person has the right to inspect and make copies of the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates. For the year ending 31st March 2026, the Internal Audit was conducted at the start of June and the External Audit will be concluded between now and the end of September.

The documents available for inspection and/or copying include all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other items relating to those records.

For the year ended 31st March 2026 such documents will be available on reasonable notice by application to the Clerk, Nigel di Castiglione – email: ; and will be available from Wednesday 24th June until Tuesday 4th August 2026.
